We had an interesting Sunday. First, sleet, followed by snow, followed by freezing rain, and now we're just into regular old rain. It will probably be 50 degrees on Christmas! From all I've read, it looks like we're in for a more typical PNW wet winter rather than the cold wind and ice we had last year.

Seems the warmer than usual winter has been a feature all over the country. Here in Vermont where I should be bundled up and braving ice and snow that is kneee-deep I am staring at the greenest lawn I have ever witnessed in January.
